We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with a product—at any time and for any reason—contact us for an immediate refund.
If for any reason, at any time, you determine the product is not for you, return it, in any condition and we'll send you an immediate refund upon receipt of the product. Please CONTACT US BY EMAIL OR PHONE before returning the product. We process refunds within two days of receiving a returned product. For returns within 120 days of purchase, we make a refund to the credit card account you used for your purchase. After 120 days, we will refund to your PayPal account (or you may request a check). You must provide the order number or email address you used when making your purchase so we can verify your purchase.
Integrity in Advertising
We comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. We'll ship our product within two days of receiving your order unless it's the weekend or a holiday. We realize you want to get started as soon as possible so, for most orders, we ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). We will send you an email to notify you when we ship your order. For addresses in the United States, you can expect to receive your order within two to five days. For addresses in Canada, allow six to ten days for delivery.
If you do not receive a product you've ordered, contact us immediately for a refund or replacement. If your product does not arrive in the designated time and you let us know, we will resend the product immediately (at our option, and if you ask, we will send the product by an alternative carrier or overnight service).
Outside the US and Canada
We do not offer free shipping to addresses outside the US and Canada because of the high cost of shipping.
In most cases, our payment processor does not allow us to accept credit card payments for billing addresses outside the US and Canada.
For these reasons, we regret we can not offer the product outside the US and Canada.
